No account managers, no handoff chains, no junior teams hiding behind senior titles. When you hire us, you hire these three.
The strategic voice in every room — and the one asking the question everyone else forgot to ask.
Olumuyiwa brings two decades of business development and marketing communications experience to Global Interactive. His career spans financial services, FMCG, and early-stage technology ventures — a background that lets him translate fluidly between boardroom priorities and delivery teams.
On engagements, he leads the discovery phase: pressure-testing the brief, mapping stakeholders, and ensuring the commercial logic of every project is watertight before a design or line of code is produced. When a client asks "should we build this?" — he's the one answering honestly.
He holds a Master's in Business Administration and has spoken at marketing and technology forums across West Africa on the intersection of brand strategy and digital transformation.
Translates ambitious briefs into systems that stay running long after the launch confetti has been swept up.
Tosin leads the engineering practice. His remit spans technical architecture, code quality, infrastructure, and the quiet unglamorous work of making sure what we ship today still runs cleanly two years from now.
His technical range covers the modern full-stack — TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, Python, and the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare) that underpins them. But his real craft is restraint: choosing the smallest, simplest set of tools that can carry a given problem to production.
Before Global Interactive, he held senior engineering roles at several Lagos-based product companies and contributes to open-source tooling in the React ecosystem. He is the standards-setter on every project we ship.
Builds AI systems that behave well in the wild — long after the first impressive demo.
Ikpeme leads our AI practice. He specialises in applied machine learning — large language models, retrieval systems, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks — with a strong bias toward what actually ships and performs in production environments.
His insistence on evaluation-first development is something of a house speciality. Before any AI feature we build reaches a user, Ikpeme has built the test harness, the quality thresholds, and the observability hooks that tell us plainly whether the system is behaving. When it drifts — and all AI drifts — we know immediately, and so does the client.
His background includes research in natural language processing and production ML infrastructure at several African AI-focused companies. He publishes occasionally on applied LLM engineering and the craft of building AI products that earn trust over time.
Projects that need specialist skills draw on our small, carefully-curated network of senior contractors. Same bar for craft. Same refusal to cut corners.
All discovery calls are taken directly by the principals. You won't be passed to a BDR or handed off to a junior. Just us, and you, and the problem.
